Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Email us at rutadenegocio@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond with instructions.

Items must be unused and in their original condition/packaging whenever possible.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and reviewed.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds may take a few business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
